In family member in Humboldt County first introduced me to organic coffee. After 10 years with another local roaster whose quality slipped, they recommended yours. I’ve been loyal costumer ever since and regularly recommended Muddy Waters to fellow coffee lovers.

Best Coffee I Have Had in Years!

I recently visited Wilbur Hot Springs and the smell of coffee wafting from the kitchen prompted me to buy a bag of Big Foot coffee in their little gift shop. I had stopped drinking coffee last year as it can irritate my stomach, but decided to treat myself since I was on vacation. Not only was it delicious but it was so perfectly roasted that it did not irritate my gut. When I got home I went online to find the roasters and bought two more bags! My partner agrees, it’s the best coffee he has had in a long time. Bonus points - it’s Organic too!

A taste of Home

I was born and raised in Humboldt and lived there until I was in my mid 20s. I’ve since moved south and have started a family. Getting my Muddy Waters Coffee every morning, always reminds me of home! I love the Bigfoot roast and can’t wait to try the rest of their dark roast beans!
