Getting back into fencing after 30 years, by teaching my child some basics of Sabre fencing. The equipment received was excellent, better than anything I owned back then. But the customer service was another level. They emailed and called whenever there were questions with the order to get it right, so that we would have all we needed exactly right, even if I did not know what that was. I appreciate the attention to detail and willingness to spend the extra time to connect. Professional and personal, an excellent combination.
