My third month and the hot flashes are few the belly is gone down a bit my sleep is better!. I have not lost weight but I havnt been exercising either nor have I drank enough water to make the BiG change. So I will continue because I like the current results and I will implement the suggested instructions so that I can achieve maximum results.
