I have tried so many different brands of electrolytes. This is my go to. The others are either too salty tasting, too sweet, or just make me feel weird. The Optimal Electrolyte makes me feel fantastic and helps me get through the day.

Effective and tastes good but short shelf life

As a source of sugar and artificial sweetener-free electrolytes, this product excels. Only problem I have with it is its short shelf life. I'm out of town a lot. Six weeks after opening, the powder began getting damp, lumpy and changing color. I've kept the jar in my pantry and tightly closed. And I left the dessicant packets inside the jar. So I don't understand why this happened.
