Beautiful Shifter

My 1 problem was the insert got stuck on the shift knob in the wrong position and the car couldn't be put in reverse. Getting the insert out was a royal pain and involved some ingenuity. There needs to be a 2nd nut that locks the insert in position so this can't happen.
