I needed two combat cups in a pinch (had two employees leaving within a week). I emailed Roy with my request, the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend. In just hours he reached out and asked what I needed. I sent him what I wanted and the day after Memorial Day he texted me with the proofs. I received the cups just in time to present them. The guys loved them! I cannot say enough and thank Roy enough for what he did. Very rare that you feel like you get special treatment from a company but I did. Thank you guys again and you have my business forever!
