Closure + Bundle Package Deals

My bundles and closure were received separately; which was no big deal. When my closure finally arrived it was an 14” closure, the bundles I ordered were 20”/22”/24”; I thought the standard would have been at least 18”. I ordered Peruvian bundles and received a Brazilian closure. Also when clicking lace type while ordering the only option was “Lace” the closure given was Transparent, I would have even paid extra if HD was an option.

Happy with the length but after maybe 14 inches it looks like it lost some density, thick on the weft but thin on the bottom

There is no closure in my box 😩😩😭. I just received it. My birthday is on Thursday and now I can’t get my hair done! I’m really disappointed 😢
