Easy peasy! Delicious sprouts and they're so quick!!! Well, you do have to rinse them frequently but the effort is still really low for great rewards.

great kit, has everything you need to get started with sprouting. The instructions were all super clear and easy to follow. Had great results with my first round of broccoli sprouts! Im really happy with the outcome!
