Excellent customer service!
At first, I bought this watch as a present for my 16 years old son and I chose the 32mm size. Because he preferred to have a larger watch, I exchanged it for the 40mm one. All along the process, I had an excellent experience with customer service. They were very understanding of my request and I appreciated it a lot.
