Cute, but not what I expected

I've wanted this for a long time and finally decided to purchase. When it arrived, I was so excited but when I opened the package, the chain looked tangled and it bunched together and there was no untwisting to get it out so it would look straight. Maybe I'd have to buy one of the straps that is thicker in the future if I didn't want this to happen but who knows. Not sure if I'd spend another $20 on something that looks tangled.

This is my third time ordering from Sintillia and I have been pleased every time. The product quality is very good and I love the designs. I ordered 3 days before Christmas and received my order by Christmas Eve!
