A great way to visit hoth.
I purchased the broken AT-AT to help start a Hoth table for my local club and I was not dissapointed. The pieces came out pretty smooth for a 3d printer, and assembly for the hardest part was done for me already. The only thing I had to put together myself was to put the guns on the head, other than that, its basically a battlefield in a box of you are playing 400 points on a 3x3 table, and if you expand on to a 6x3 then you've got a major head start that looks amazing and will block line of sight for all but the tallest walkers.

Imperial Walker set
I was initially hesitant when I first saw this set of terrain pieces as there is a lot of rubbish 3D printed stuff on eBay, Etsy etc. I have friends who have printers and online files are easy to source. I anticipated a rather rough/crude print and potentially underscale for legion. I friend who has his own small high-quality 1/300th terrain company made an observation about the dreadful painting of the model on the website. His comment was - if he's prepared to display products that badly presented, his quality must be terrible. More about that later.... There are countless arguments online about "what is legion scale?" It is roughly 33mm, which Tamiya equate to 1/48th. In the world of modelling, take your lead from the Japanese, I promise you they know their trade. I watched a promo video attached to an e-mail with a "Fathers Day discount" and saw a primed set being reviewed. The model looked clean and more like an injection kit finish rather than a lumpy, rough 3D print. On the back of the promo vid, I purchased..... On opening the box, I can only say I wasn't impressed, I received a large, imposing piece of terrain in pieces, that will enhance gameplay for sure, but the quality is very much lacking. A rough, lined and flaking print, that will need a lot of filling, sanding and in some cases re-tooling - and major work if you (like me) want to match the quality of FFG's beautiful models in this game. It is also underscale (I appreciate the real thing doesn't exist) but the door on the hull in the scene when Luke is delivered to Vader on Endor in ROTJ, would never fit a Legion miniature through. The vendor claims its the closest he can find to legion scale. Extra homework required. So, if you want a large piece(s) of terrain to cover a flat tabletop and make a game of it, it's great. If you want a quality model to match FFG (and the quality of the one in the promo vid) think again. Bear in mind, this thing cost me close to £90 with postage - disappointed customer who in hindsight should have listened to his friend.

Love the look of the AT-AT
The model and painting look amazing. Really happy on how fast it came and how great the details look on the model. I will definitely be buying more terrain from here.
