Nameplate Doesn’t Stick

The first nameplate I received had no adhesive. I called and the customer service rep was very kind and ordered a replacement and had it sent promptly; however, the same issue occurred. Disappointed.

Great trunk-lacks slight attention

I really love the trunk. My son will be in the band at Texas A&M, so this trunk is a requirement. However, the metal corner pieces are wobbly and the drop-down latch doesn’t exactly line up with the hook part that the lock goes through. Have to kind of push it to the side to fall down in the right spot. Seems it missed a final review before shipping. In my opinion.
