I've ordered this twice in the past few months. Have cooked it slow in slow cooker, and thoroughly enjoyed every mouthful!

Nice bit of gammon

This made a really nice meal, I soaked it in Demerara sugar water for 24 hours in the fridge, then glazed it with honey and mustard before roasting it in the oven. Mmmmmmm it was gorgeous :)
