Good item
Took a minute to learn that I had to cut the main section to fit onto the sandals, but have used them while lifting and actually really enjoy the stretch they provide. I tried them while running in my sandals (I’ve been running in them for a long while now), but found them rubbing a bit. I am sure with additional trimming I could rectify this, but I would need an additional pair if I was going to do this to them. I don’t have any serious underlining issues, so can’t proffer for those that do, but I do like them and would easily recommend them to others who are curious.
