Reduce dose

I tried InnergyBiotic because I need digestive aids to make my stomach feel better after eating and I hoped this carbonation would be helpful. 2 oz gave me loose-ish stools the next day so I cut back to about 1 oz which worked. Now I just have to remember to take it after a meal. It’s such a big bottle I’m wondering how long you can safely keep an opened bottle in the fridge? I also wonder about that for the Ancient Earth Minerals?
