Significant delivery delays and poor communication

I ordered two blue-light glasses on 13. 01. 2026 based on a stated delivery time of 3–4 working days, but they arrived almost a month later. I was only informed after contacting customer service that one item was oversold. Despite repeated promises that the glasses would arrive on specific dates after my return (04. –06. 02. ), they did not. A refund was initially offered and then withdrawn, and I was instead offered vouchers or small discounts that were in no way reflective of the hassle and false promises. When I continued to ask for a fair resolution, I was told I was “holding a small business hostage,” which I found offensive. The glasses are fine, but the missed delivery promises and unprofessional customer service were very disappointing. Had I known the true delivery timeframe, I would have ordered elsewhere.

Very happy with the glasses, has really reduced my eye strain particularly at my work desk.
