Great jacket, good fit

I bought this jacket because my sister had one, size L and I loved how long it was and a great fit. When I ordered and received the L it was the original wash but this has huge worn patches and was way too small. I returned it and could only get a store credit. I ordered an XL. This one is way too short and too small. Your quality is terrible. Your customer service is terrible. After I ordered this one I had no additional information until I wrote and asked where it was. Then, all of a sudden it shipped, I will not recommend you to anyone and I will be returning this for a REFUND,

I returned it. The band at the bottom would not go even go to my waist. Fit was very off. Rest of it felt great.
