My order was timely and packaged nicely however the accessories I ordered for the 3rd time came slightly unfinished. I collect old Soleri bells and often times they are missing the fins and I ordered a few fins and the connectors were not complete, however I did not return because my husband completed the process for me. To cosanti :Please slow down and check your work before you send out to your customers, it was an inconvenience to finish the product.Thank you
