I am on the phone often as part of my job is long conversation. Definitely not so tired as I was. Just overall I fill better. Changed nothing in my routine but only ad this to my phone.

Hard to judge but I think it works
I wasn’t sure what to expect. I bought a pair of Smart dots, places one on my computer and one on my phone. Considering I spend a lot of time on Zoom and working next to computer it somehow feels energetically lighter since I got these
dots. I will keep observing!
