Purchased this in case of headaches but honestly been using when I go to sleep at night and when I get up in the morning headed to work. Love the smell, love the feeling of it. I love this natural approach to aiding in relaxation. Great product will purchase again

Great stuff!!! I know it is for headaches but I have long standing neck and shoulder injury and I use it for stiff muscles in my neck and shoulders. It works wonders!!
