Great service, great bag... but the velcro part needs work
It took me a long time to decide on this purchase and I've asked Bow's social team a lot of questions during my research stage. They've always been super helpful, and I'm very grateful for that. The size of the bag is good, the straps are reasonably sturdy for casual use, I really like the small hidden pocket at the back, and the bag is really quite lightweight. But the velcro closure is really frustrating for me. You need to fold/roll down the top to get the two velcro strips to adhere; but the width of those folds is quite narrow which makes the bag really hard to open easily. I need both hands, and at least a full minute to peel apart the velcro strips. It's also quite painful to have to keep doing that. This effectively makes the main compartment pretty inaccessible and a drag to use. Hope you could improve on this aspect of the design soon!
