Universal Glasses

My new universal glasses are remarkable. The shape of the bowl enhances my enjoyment of the wine I am drinking and I like the elegance of the glass. I would order more from you but only 3 glasses of the 8 that I ordered arrived in one piece. The rest were completely shattered. I was not surprised because the glasses were so poorly packed that there was plenty of room for them to rattle around in the shipping box. Whoever packed that shipping box was not paying attention to detail. Your company gave me a prompt refund for the broken glasses but I am sorry to be left with 3 glasses instead of 8 and I don't think i will be ordering more from you.
