Whole bison
I purchased a whole bison to split with family and friends, it arrived faster than expected and not a single piece of the delivery was thawed even though the temperatures in Phoenix were in the triple digits. The quality of meat is outstanding, we will definitely order again! Thank you Pierce family

Great experience
We have shared the purchase of bison in past but this was the first time we bought a whole bison ourselves. Process was simple. The meat has been delicious and we will definitely order again. When our order arrived we were missing some of the contents of the order. I called into customer service and they were very apologetic and had the missing contents sent out the following week. Sometimes things like this happen and I’m glad that it did to truly know the quality of Northstar Bison. This company fixed their flat tire super quick!!
