A lovely family ranch/farm
Northstar Bison has quality meats. The bison package we ordered was incredible, the cuts, taste, packaging, the bone broth and tallow. Also the soaps and lip balms. Thank you Northstar Bison for having a family owned ranch/farm.

Quality Meat, but Leaky Packaging
I've been really happy with the quality of meat. As well as the variety of meat in this package. Also, customer service was polite, prompt, and friendly when I had delayed shipping. However, in about one third of the packages of meat that I put into the fridge to thaw, they leak a large amount of myoglobin (the red liquid that looks like blood). and it makes a mess in my refrigerator. Because of this, I don't think I'd order again.
