Clean Eating
I love how easy the ordering process was. Customer service was quick and responsive. This was my first time purchasing bison online, it couldn't have been better. The meat was clean and my children ate every last oz of the bison. Definite a repeat purchaser for life.

Does not taste like beef.
The meat is not tasty and has a tough texture. To use it up, we will grind it and mixing it with pork or beef, and tallow or lard. One of the steak packages had a hole allowing the dry ice to cause an additional bad flavor and gray color.
