Not good! Like you just cut a piece of intestine off when gutting the animal and shipped it. Also your portion to cost ratio is ridiculous . If it was tender and flavor full? Maybe? But it’s not!

Not good! Like you just cut a piece of intestine off when gutting the animal and shipped it. Also your portion to cost ratio is ridiculous . If it was tender and flavor full? Maybe? But it’s not!
