Low Histamin Winner!
I can't stop thinking about the brisket. I'm in the low histamine camp (for health reasons). Even cooking it from frozen, it was tender and delicious. SO GOOD! And the flavor is clean. I can practically smell the grass when I cook it.

A Top-5 Favorite Northstar Treat!
I smoke these (2 at a time!) and usually chop up for awesome BBQ meals for the next couple of days. It's my husband's favorite. It also makes the best breakfast tacos with egg and avocado. Now I want to pull a couple out of the freezer after reviewing this!

This was really, really good. Probably not the best choice for folks with histamine issues because of its long cook times, but I did ok with it.
