I only wish I had ordered more!
Whew, absolutely delicious and a few tender marrow chunks to take from the bone. Love the flavor of this broth so grateful I can do it myself and add what I think is needed - which isn't much but purified water and a tad of apple cider vinegar. Can't get more simple or nourishing.

Best bone marrow I have eaten. Toast and a little salt and pepper. I would eat it everyday if possible. I’ll be back for more.
