I am recipe tasting for a cookbook and was unable to locate a more local purveyor, but that turned out fine. Delicious rabbit, and I will be testing the recipe again in the next week or so with the second rabbit. Happy to be able to get WI raised meat.

This was fantastic. Had 3 days shipping and no problems with product arriving frozen and still had another day or 2 left maybe even longer! Quality was
