Overall, the service was excellent! I emailed and received a reply within 24 hours. My Java Jig kept breaking. I contacted CUSTOMER SERVICE, and they resolved the issue with sturdy replacements.

Great product

Be sure your guests understand how to use this as they may accidentally toss part of it away with the filter paper after removing it from the coffee maker! Works so well and the filters improve the coffee.

Didn’t work for my Keurig 2.0

Customer service was great. I bought the kit from the grocery store, it didn’t work. I called melitta and they sent me another. It wouldn’t work either. There are 2 in each pack. None of the 4 worked. Disappointed.
