So happy I ordered this chair, it is comfortable and really relieves the stress on my lower back. Very stylish design, a little longer when reclined than anticipated. The heat option is awesome. Would like to have the massage stay on the lower back since that is the major reason for getting this chair. Over all very satisfied.

Awful upholstery

I ordered cognac color for my chair & waited weeks to get it but that was ok. When I got it a few days ago I thought it was a mistake since color was a muddy brown & not the golden highlights of the cognac color. I called to check & yes indeed that was the right color shipped. It appears to look cheap. Disappointing. In addition I would say the vibrations are very annoying and not at all useful- just jarring. The heat element is very nice but best of all are the various positions that are allowed on back and legs. So for that it is excellent. The other factors I mentioned make it not worth the high price for this chair.

Heaven in my living room

Not only is the ZGR recliner great looking, but the back relief is amazing. My husband uses the chair for hours at a time to ease his back pain. But I sneak in for zero-gravity relief with massage and heat for everyday stress relief. It's the bomb!
