No longer tossing shrooms before I get a chance to use them
The title says it all. Works so well at keeping mushrooms (and grapes and berries) fresh for over a week that I bought some as stocking stuffers for friends and family.

Mushrooms!!!
We just took our mushroom bag to the Farmer’s Market and filled it up with fresh mushrooms.
They seem to love the linen- no more slimy mushrooms!!
