We purchased 2 Queen mattresses during a sales promotion. The units arrived quickly. The boxes were heavy! We watched s video on proper opening and all went easily as described. Very comfortable! Would purchase again, and advised anyone we know shopping for a new mattress to go to Bed in a Box. We are very pleased.
