I bought this after watching a podcast with Dr G. He talked about this product and how The Lawrence’s and several other racers use this prior to racing. My son races mountain bikes, and is always looking for things to help him gain an advantage. I figured it wouldn’t hurt to try this. He is now using it along with nasal strips and it really seems to help him breathe better. All of his racing buddies saw him using this and they wanted to try it too. They all agreed this was much better and longer lasting than the smelling salts. The size of the bottle and roller ball application is very convenient.
