As with all Ancient & Brave products, it’s an excellent oil and high quality product There is no taste and it does what it’s meant to do. I add it daily to my morning coffee with collagen and creatine I have got it on subscription so I do not run out.

I’m not an early breakfast person but will add a tsp of mct to my morning coffee, an hour after I’ve woken up to True Hydration. Keeps me feeling full and focused until lunchtime
