First week all was well. Now, I am having a problem changing the sound; the button is not working properly.
Having said that, I am pleased with the improvement to my sleep.

Sent this product to my 18 year old granddaughter who is living in Scotland for a year. She has used a Marpac sound conditioner for years to mask outside noises for better rest. She did not take it to Scotland and was really missing that white noise for better sleep. I do not have a picture but know she was so happy to receive this item. I was so thankful to find your company in the UK which saved me lots of money not having to ship it from the US.
