Great original, sad replacement.
When I first got my weathered case I was pumped - the texture and variety of impact marks made for a really unique case. After a couple months the rubber part of the case was pulling away from the wood and the guys were quick to offer a replacement, no questions asked.
Unfortunately the replacement I got is nowhere near the quality of the original. There’s no variety in the markings. No deep impact marks of various sizes, just single, thin saw slashes that look strange on their own. I realize the cases all look different, but mine looks nothing like the photos, so it’s a huge disappointment... especially after my original was so great. For that reason, I wouldn’t buy this again.
That aside, the customer service from alto is awesome, and I like supporting a Canadian business.

Loving it
Love the form factor and look. Don’t refer the purchase one bit and will be sure to visit again if I’m in the market for any cases moving forward.
