I purchased a female hose quick connector earlier this year that went bad, at times I needed to use a hammer or pliers to release it. Contacted customer support and they sent a replacement ASAP.

Can't get any bettet

This is a excellent quick connect socket. It has smooth easy performance and a great mechanical feel. I expect to buy two more, then every hose in my universe will have an Eley quick connnect (and I have many).
