Marsh Masters would be my 7th painting I’ve done from masterpiece by numbers. I just started on it and can’t wait for the finished work.

Marsh Masters

This is my 8 Masterpiece by numbers painting. I started painting these paintings when covid came along about 6 years ago. I hadn't done a painting like this since I was in grade school. I found this site on a Facebook advertisement one day and decided to buy one and try it out. I enjoyed my first painting. I have 5 of them hanging in my house now. I gave one of my paintings to my daughter and another one to my son. His was a custom painting that was taken from a photograph that he had taken about 5 years ago. That one was fun as some of the flesh colors in the painting I didn't agree with. Masterpiece sent my about 6 different tints of flash colors to try out and I picked a couple to match the flesh colors in the photo. I am now just finished my 8th painting, "Marsh Masters". It took me about 2 months to complete the painting. It was fun and very challenging as a lot of the background colors were very similar in tints and when it came to second coating each of the colors, they all seemed to blend in together which made it very difficult to fine the color that I was working on. But I got it done. I painted this particular painting for my youngest brother as he once raised labs and has done a lot of bird hunting. It will be a big surprise for me to give it to him. I just bought another painting of a man fly fishing on a stream surround by mountains and trees in their fall colors. The minute that I saw that painting it reminded me of my dad who use to fly fish in a mountain stream. I will give that painting to my other brother for a gift to him. I will continue to find paintings for my three sisters and surprise them with a MBN painting. I am almost 81 years old and fine painting a very relaxing and fun thing to do with my time.
