Love it - but it’s clumpy

I love this pre workout. I’ve tried MANY. This one tastes great, dissolves well and provides a great kick without too much. My one criticism is how clumpy it is when it arrives. My first container was almost one solid piece. Obviously a better moisture wicking product is required - the small pad I found inside is clearly insufficient. Luckily was able to break it up without too much difficulty and those I couldn’t break up dissolved in water.

Clumpy

The product had an expiry date into 2026, but it arrived clumpy, like gravel. To use it I had to take the butt end of a knife to it for about 5 minutes. After that, the taste was pretty good and I gave me a little boost, but not as much of a boost as Batch 27. If I had bought this from a store, I would have returned it already. We love your Vegan Protein powder, but that seems to be more and more difficult to acquire, as it is almost never available at Popeye's anymore and last time I ordered direct from you, only the smaller sizes were available.

This was my first time trying Preset and I absolutely love it! The focus and energy is what I need from a pre workout to get me going in the gym. Excited to try the other flavours 👊🏼
