Excellent Petrale Sole

We don’t have a decent source for fresh seafood, much less Petrale sole, near us and Whole Foods, where we can sometimes source it, is not hit or miss. I decided to give Pure Food a try and we are pleased and will order again. Fillets are nicely sized for us. The fish arrived “chilled,” not frozen, which was fine since I portion it out at home and do our own vacuum packing. We hope Pue Foods continues to offer it.

So easy to cook!

Wow my husband has always been the seafood chef but this sole is my specialty ! It is so easy to cook always taste terrific and we love that it is fresh ! A colorado resident’s dream! Thanks for being there !

A favorite

This Fresh Petrale Sole is indeed “fresh” and light. You will never have a “fishy” taste when you prepare these fillets. I keep them on hand always as a light alternative to other proteins. My most usual preparation is simple as it is a delicate fish.
