Originally, I had a green NATO strap with gold buckle for my gold white First Season, and while the gold and green went really well together, it didn't really go with business casual. The black leather strap is perfect for the business casual look, and the interchangeable system lends itself to swapping out straps based on the activity.

the desing would be interesting if 12 o'clock noon were in the upper part and midnight in the lower part of the dial, and at the same time the surface would be divided horizontally by the bright upper part as day and the lower part as night.
