6' Flagpole

Had a damaged flag pole at delivery. Allegiance acted fast and in a professional way to make it right without hassle. Refreshing! Other companies should take some notes from their customer service model! Flag looks beautiful and product is quality. Thank you!

Our replacement flag pole is okay. You have to turn it every few weeks as it starts to bend downward. Both our flag poles from Allegiance are like this and we appreciate how quickly customer service was about sending out a replacement pole after we emailed them that the pole to our new flag set was warped. We continue to use both poles with the understanding that they have to be turned on occasion to prevent the flags from tangling. Other than that, we love the quality of the flag. It’s just beautiful!
