Issues with package, no problem

I had an issue with this product. Fedex took the package or sent to another location. I did not get the package back however, the customer service for this process was absolutely breathtaking. It was no issue, no complaints. I was so enchanted I gave a friend money to buy one of these and apparently its quality is unmatched. My only criticism is that it seemed a bit small. But for that quality of work it did not matter.
