Pirate Treasure!

Very cool! My kiddos loved receiving the letters, solving the puzzles, and receiving a treasure chest in the mail! I opted for the separately mailed letters to make it simple for me and make the magic more legitimate. Highly recommend!

Great idea overall

My son got really into the idea of the pirates and buried treasure. So much so that he was ready to charter a plane/boat to go to the island and hunt for it. We enjoyed breaking the ciphers and reading the messages as well. One thing I'd say is that he had a little trouble following all the different characters. Maybe limiting the story to just 3-4 characters might help? More things to solve, like physical puzzles to unlock might be really cool too. Would pay more for a richer experience.

Difficult to use

My grandkids range from 8 to 12 years old. They enjoyed figuring out the pig cypher, however it was difficult to understand the clues, even for the adults who were trying to help. I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do with the Treasure Chest. The final clue said to climb a cliff and walk eastward and look for pirate markings near a river. Luckily, I was able to find a place in my neighborhood that sort of resembled the final clue to hide the treasurer.
