Send two trays for mouth size differences, gives you 2 attempts to make your fit. The ONLY thing I don't like is the fact you have to KNOW your 1st attempt is bad, and you have to scrap it and hope your next is better. I managed to use both trays and both epoxys because 2 is better than 1 right? Process was very well explained in the papers they send with.
