INCREDIBLY FIRM! PERFECT SUPPORT

Great Stability
I already own one of these and I purchased a second one as many of the yoga poses use two blocks. I appreciate the stability it adds to the poses I'm working on to improve my flexibility. It improved my alignment in many poses. I've owned other blocks made of dense foam and found I was always shaky or wavering in a pose. I highly recommend these.
