ROLL with the RAD
I use the RAD for loosening, manipulating and massaging the entire back. Slowly rolling lower section, then middle section then upper to shoulders. From there I slowly roll up and down the entire back. Works! has online app and great tutorials for all it can do. also introduces other tools they have that are available.
