Almost perfect
The coffee is great, I did need to contact customer service due to an issue on my end which was resolved quickly and easily. The only problem I have had was that so far one box has had small holes in nearly every filter pack. They're almost all at the top where you test it off, so they still work fine, just slightly annoying to be pouring the coffee grounds back out of the foil pack into the filter.

I love all 3 single origin kuju coffees—reliably fresh and incredibly delicious. Love it when the coffee tastes as wonderful as its aroma promises!
