Hard Case Not Meant for Shipping

The booth itself is great. We're really happy with the product. I'm frustrated though because we purchased the hard case thinking we could ship it and apparently it's not meant for that. It does mention that on the website at the very bottom, but that seems like information that should be listed at the top of the page. I know it's meant for checking on an airline, I but I wouldn't even trust that. The straps aren't great and if you put anything extra in there, it will fall out.

New foot support design is much more durable.

Our display came with foot supports that had aluminum bases and plastic connetion points. On our second use we noticed one was broken, leaving us scrambling to rig something up. This was very concerning because I was present for all preious setup and breakdown, so I know there was no rough handling. The replacement we ordered is a new design made entirely of aluminum, it's much more durable. I was pleased to see it was reasonably priced as well. I expect the remaining original foot supports will break soon; once they've all been replaced with the new design I don't anticipate needing any more replacements.
